Campus-India organizes following two types of recruitment events:

Campus-Recruitment Event

Campus-India organizes the campus recruitment events in all the states where it has its presence like (MP, UP, Delhi, AP etc). We have more than 10,000 final year students enrolled with us from different part of the country. Moreover these are the trained students who have been trained by campus-India in one of the technologies (JAVA, .NET, PHP etc). Hence, campus-India students are different from the normal fresh students. This campus recruitment event is different from the common campus recruitment which companies conduct after visiting a particular college. Following are the differences:

1. Multiple colleges participating: More than 20 colleges participate in the event. Therefore; we gather a crowd of more than 3000 students at a predefined place. In general placement events, companies get students from a single college only.
2. Industry ready candidates: Campus-India has another division which works in education and training domain. Generally, we enroll final and pre-final year students of the colleges into campus-India program, and train them on any of the existing technologies and common skills required to excel in software industries. Therefore; the candidates recruited through campus-India program are found to be more competitive and more industry ready than the normal college.
3. Soft skills and general technical skills training: Campus-India also provides soft skills training by industries known trainers. Therefore; it takes less time for the campus-India candidates to learn the corporate cultures than a general fresher. We also provide general technical skills training like making them comfortable with different Operating systems like UNIX, windows etc.
4. Industry live projects: Campus-India also provides projects to the final year students and train them on the live projects. The complete focus of campus-India program is to provide the industry ready fresh candidates who can be productive for the organization from the day one of their joining.
5. Global candidates for global organization: campus-India provides candidates from almost all part of the country. It will be a mix of different culture and states – representing entire nation.

Schedule of campus placement events in coming 8 months

Campus-India generally organizes the campus placement events almost every week in all the states where it has the presence. Some of the cities where we organize the placement events are:

Bhopal, Indore, Lucknow, Kanpur, Varanasi, Gajiabad, Meerut, Delhi, Hyderabad, Bareilly. The plans are to cover almost all part of the country by the end of the year 2009.

Campus-India has its presence in almost all part of the country, hence through support from its local offices, campus-India can organize placement event any time any where. The companies participating in the campus-placement events should inform campus-India 15 days prior to the events. It takes us just 2 week time to organize every thing. 

Following are the tentative dates for the placement events in all the cities. (Participate early to grab the best):

Placement events will be started from 13^th March 2009 and will continue till 28^th Dec 2009. There will be placement events every week in all the mentioned cities.

Campus Placement events is a continuous process which we carry out through out the year. Organizations interested in hiring candidates through campus-india program are requested to inform campus-India team at least 2 weeks in advance. The Organization interested in hiring through campus-India program are supposed to give us in writing mentioning that they want to hire candidates from campus-India program in so and so month. After we receive the confirmation letter from the organization, campus-India team will start working towards organizing the events in one of the location mentioned above. At every two days intervals, the client would be informed about the progress at our end. Then a final date of the events will be mailed to the concerned organization.  Campus-India takes care of the entire events including the cost incurred in organizing the placement events and the fare and other expenditures incurred in accommodation. You can relax leaving everything to campus-India, and this is what campus-India is all about.  

Job Fair

Apart from the campus recruitment events, Campus-India also organizes Job fair on big scale with the help of its media partners like 92.7 BIG FM. More than 10,000 people are expected to attend the job fair which lasts for three days. With the help of our media partners, we do marketing and advertisements at very large scale which enables us to gather large crowd of students. What ever we do, we leave a pattern for others to follow. There are many job fair, but again this one is different from the other such fairs.
